More Music

I recorded another 25 songs. Now i'm up to 50. I've mastered 9 that i like best for album 1. And i have 9 more to master for album 2. I'm talking loudness war mastering.

as for when i'll have new music... i don't know. I've been putting the mastering opff because it's so damn hot. Maybe this Autumn i'll get it done.

My Music

I really only want to record 100 songs. I've got 25 recorded. Those were done in my old town where i grew up. Haven't made any complete songs in the new town. It's been more than 6 months.

New Music

Recording some new music. Seem to have things set up the way i want. Making music should be easier now. Cut a lot of fat in life. Trying to be focused.

Free VST Plugins

Bored today. Waiting for stuff i ordered online to arrive. Might not be here until next week like on the 4th. Wish it is here tomorrow or Saturday. blah.

Was online looking at masks. From time to time i do that. Most suck. saw a good one though. Leather. Looked more comfortable than mine. Maybe a side project is i buy it.

Spent some money (like only $1) on a new URL.

Free Loops

I put my free loops site back online again. In panic mode. May be moving soon. Hope it does good this month. I might need to make 500 more loops of the website even though i don't want to. i'm drained. Thought this was going to be a good summer. It's more like the worst one.

All of my music making is put on hold.

Hip Hop Beats

Taking a small break from making new music and making hip hop beats for a new project. i't kind of fun. I guess because it's easy, lol.

Fire

Got a new URL for 99 cents, lol. Basically a test/throw away. With tax it was $1.17. I wish all domains were that price. Prodigy firestarter will rock you, lol. anyways... i need to record some new tunes soon.

New URL for Free Loops

New URL for my free loops is better than the old name. Also i now have 20 mp3s on my website. Need to make 5 more songs to finish my album. Hope to do that this year before October.

One New Song

I have one new song made. Going to make 2 more before i upload them to my website. i'll then have a total of 19 dark music tracks. Only have 15 days to finish 2 songs. I'm going to make "filler" tracks, lol. Nothing is really filler though when you are experimental.

December

This December is the month of moving. My bad neighbors moved away.

Trying to get a jump on things before 2010. Working on new music too.

New Stuff

Building a track with a stutter quick beat. Short track. Relaxing a day or two. Kind of have a new focus.

Happy my neighbors moved! It's such a relief. They have no idea they suck at being neighbors.

Production

Working on the coding for a new electronic music production website of samples. Need to fix the logo. Tweak the bear ears and fix the shading on the skull. I'm not going to start to make the samples until November. I'm busy making my own EM.

5 days until Halloween.

October

Tonight i... Recorded half an hour of a radio show i like. Uploaded around 7 songs. Changed artwork. Watched Dexter. Watched a new show about a gun store.

Yesterday i made a website logo for a new site i'm going to make. Read a blog post about Free vs. Paid content.

October is almost over.

This Or That

Thinking about starting a new sampling site. i have some leftover samples so it might not be that hard to build. Not sure yet. Need to wait a couple of days. waiting to see how another site does this month. then i'll decide.

also thinking about uploading new songs.

Instrumental

I think instrumental music will make a comeback. No vocals. I see people search for piano music online. I wonder if they are looking for music sheets or just music to listen to. People are sick of the same old pop music themes. blah blah blah it sounds like.

Electronic Music needs more mainstream music media exposure. I'm sure the makers of EM have more to say then popstars that don't write their own music or lyrics, duh.

Thunder Samples

I was digging around some old data cdrs looking for an old one off song i made and a found some old thunder samples i made one summer. Maybe i'll use them in a new song. I remember making them and thinking they were too long and too big in size to host up online at my samples website. i never did anything with them.

i don't like thunder. it makes me nervous, lol.

Devil

I've had the heat on a couple of times this year. You'd think the Heatmiser (lollers) electronic music devil would never get cold but i do, lol. good year or bad year. Isn't it always kind of bad.

Watching Glenn Beck on Fox News talking to doctors and nurses about health care.

2 more Songs to Make

I've got 2 more songs to make. One will have a prominent bassline in it. The other will be all 8-bit, lol. I've never make an 8-bit song before. I'll do that one last. i'm going to read up a little on 8-bit music before i start to do it. I've been lazy this last week but i did tweak my electronic music website a bit.

Listening

Been listening to a lot of electronic music lately. All good. I think a lot of them don't promote themselves right. That's good for me and the other that do, lol. Part of being an artist is the art of promotion. You just can't make art and do nothing.

Even though sometimes i'm lazy too.

2 more songs to make then i'll upload a new album. hope to have the songs recorded before the end of october. Keeping the albums/mp3s free for now. Also, i need to add more content/blogging to the site.

Decided to go in a new direction and make electronic music with no vocals. Before i was focused on having vocals in every song. It takes too long for me to do that. I can make just musical electronic music with ease. The lyrics/vocals makes the music making 1 million times harder.

Took the vocals out of my first album and re-uploaded it. Making the outline for a new 9 song album. It's been a very stressful year. This new direction has focus. I feel at ease now.
